Never finished the work. After 16 months, work is not finished and, despite owner promising to reimburse me, he hasn't. Beginning the process of going to small claims court.

Not reliable! This is a one man job, Not on a job site 8 hours. Work is taking months to complete. Should have been completed in one month..ECT! Mistake for hire. Please buy your own material. He showed up, on time for my personal estimate and quoted a very good price for services needed.
