We've used Browne's appliance repair a few times in the past. They we're professional, explained what needed to be done in plain English we were very happy with their work would recommend them to friends and neighbors and family.

This dryer is in a rental; it needed a new motor. The repairman also suggested we re- route the water box to make it accessible for cleaning, and cleaned all of the lint around a behind the unit. No one else ever mentioned that the water box could be moved. I am thankful that this was finally accomplished.

Chis showed up when he said he would. He ran into some issues with the install where I had to hire another contactor (I used his recommendation) and then have Chris come back. He came back the day immediately following my other contractor completed his work and still ran into problems. He refused to give up and continued until the work was done not only to my satisfaction, but his quality level as well. Would definitely use his again and recommend him whole heartedly.

Krista was very helpful over the phone. I purchased a used gas Dryer and Chris delivered and installed the Dryer. He was prompt courteous, clean, and thoughtful. He changed the direction of the Dryer Door so that it would be most convenient for me.

The contractor was prompt and friendly, and explained things to me very clearly. It took a while for the part to come in. When he came back to install it, he said he also found an electrical short, which made me wonder if maybe the electrical short was the only problem. The repair ended up costing about half as much as the range did in the first place, mostly because it was an expensive part.

Chris was on time. He was friendly and professional and did a great job at a fair price.
