While there were an issue or two that arose on my deck replacement project this contractor did everything they could to resolve them. I would certainly use them again them. I've asked them for quotes on other projects.

Brownies was very easy to work with. We needed our yard fenced at the new home we purchased in the middle of December! They went to multiple supply stores to collect all the materials they needed to complete the job, worked long hours each day to beat the eminent snow fall, and explained everything along the way. They could not have made the experience any easier and their price was also the best we could find. Can't ask for a better contractor. We will use them again for any of our future needs. Very professional from start to finish.

I am very pleased, they worked with me and my budget. I went through a home improvement financing company. Even with all of the hoops, Brownies delivered. I now have a beautiful porch that I can enjoy for years to come. The pandemic impacted stone things like prices of material and the amount of time for the project, but honestly, I could not be happier with the craftsmanship and the professionalism shown throughout.

Deck repair. Done right. Even asked my opinion on how they might improve their process given a potential problem that came up. Listened to my feedback and I believe will take that input and create an even better experience for the next customer.

Chris and BJ from Brownies came out for a quote the same day we called. As in many home improvement projects, sometimes unanticipated problems arise. In this case it was the header and wall surrounding our new sliding glass door, plus the floor just inside the door. We were given a reasonable price for the total job in just a few days. We hired Brownies, and they were terrific: new header, remove parts of wall and floor that had rotted from water damage, rebuild those same areas, add new siding outdoors and re-tile the floor inside. There was not an accurate category in Home Advisors to put this under, because there were so many things fixed. Now we know whom to call with ANY future products. Thank you, BJ and Chris!

They are the only ones who showed up for the estimate, we had 2 contractors and made appointments with both, Brownies is the only on to come. Once the contract was signed, they came the next week to put in new porch posts, they we friendly and professional. The cost was more than reasonable

I was given a quote for a 5 ft chain link fence and dog ear fencing. When they showed up, unannounced, they then tell my room mate the 5 ft chain link fence would be a special order and cost more. This information was never divulged in the original contract or when I stopped in to pay. I especially am not happy that they showed up without notifying me.

This was a 14 home project for our HOA. Excellent coordination and followup for issues identified by residents.

This company is honest, fair in pricing and communicates well throughout to project term. I have used them for two projects. The complete rebuilt of a second story enclosed porch and the build of a 10 X 10 shed. The build quality of both is very good and any changes or fixes were handled efficiently. Great folks to work with.

I can t say enough! We moved here from out-of-state, and had never used HomeAdvisor. But we didn t know how else to find contractors. We originally contacted Brownies for a fence, and they ended up doing the fence, a shed, vapor barriers under the house, repairing gutters, installing appliances we hadn t expected to replace, etc. They were professional, prompt and friendly. We feel like we now have our go-to guys for future home repairs.
