I had my roof and gutters replaced hassle free. They started on the day and exact time they said they would. Their job was completed and cleaned up in a fast timely manner. Brownlee Roofing did a very professional job and I highly recommend them!

Replaced a leaking pipe vent boot. So far no complaints. We'll see when it rains.

Fast, complete, great quality, fairly priced. Not a full roof replacement (not needed), but fixed several areas and shingles that had come loose or broken, as well as a few nails that were not properly installed or sealed by original builder. Not all roofers willing to do a partial repair job. House is 8 years old, and now expect the roof to last as per original warantee.

Amazing Amazing Amazing. Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof. We had a large hail storm come through Denton, TX and damaged my roof and 2 of my friends close by. We decided to go with 1 company so that we could all benefit from working with the same team. Between the 3 of us we got about 6-7 estimates. Brownlee Roofing & Gutters completed our estimate remotely with a satellite imaging software and had my estimate to me same day! Best part about it is that I didn't have to set appointments and meet roofers at my house to get the estimate. All the other companies want to set an appointment so they can walk around on your roof with a measuring tape and chalk and then try to hard sell you on the spot. Not Brownlee Roofing & Gutters. At first I was apprehensive about the accuracy of an estimate given based on web satellite images, but Brownlee Roofing & Gutters just completed my roof in a single 10 hour period from start to finish, installed roof vents, and did the entire job for the exact penny they quoted. Not only that I requested a special shingle and they quickly said yes! These guys also took the time to paint all my vents without asking so that they match my exact roof color. It gets better. After they completed my work I was contacted by the owner to send my insurance estimate so that they could file for the depreciation amount the insurance held. He personally handled it and I had an email from my insurance company the same day confirming the extra money was being sent to my bank account. Best roofing experience ever! You will not find a better company to do business with. Family owned and operated. They handled all of my insurance repairs from a major hail storm. I had damage to my roof, gutters, outbuildings, greenhouse, siding, fence, outside lights, windows and doors. I didn't know where to start looking for a company that could do it all. I went to Homeadvisor and found Brownlee Roofing and Gutters after speaking to other roofing contractors. Those companies had a list of recommended contractors to do work other than roofing, but I didn't have the time to be my own contractor. I spoke with Steve Brownlee and he indicated they would do all the work. What a relief and what a great job. My house is over 40 years old, and they really took the time to get it right. They never once approached the job to maximize their profit, but rather to do the job right and to make me happy. They did significantly more than the insurance company had specified, such as using water and ice shielding under my barn shingles where there was very little slope to the roof, and removing and replacing any questionable decking due to past leaks. They did a great job on my greenhouse too, replacing doors and the clear panels on the roof. They were quick, professional and very reliable. I highly recommend Brownlee Roofing and Gutters. They will absolutely do the job right. Honest, straight talkers that will take of any work you need.

I am looking at Brownlee Roofing for a full roof replacement. This would be my second project with Brownlee. Returning customer is always a good sign.

Had my roof replaced in June 2016 after a major hail storm came through the area. Shane took time to explain everything that needed to be done. Danny kept me up to date on what was going on every step as I live out of town. The work was done, as promised, for the price quoted with excellent materials and workmanship. Appreciate them working with my tenant and leaving the property clean. Excellent company, good customer service, integrity. If I ever need another roof, I'll calling Brownlee.
