When writing a review, what should be mentioned are three points that justify what a good company should offer. Honest communication, fair pricing and quality work. Brown?s air conditioning heating and plumbing failed in all three categories. Not only did the technician Jason installed a faulty part when I called back and spoke with Shelley she tried to give me a lame excuse as to why there was still no cool air circulating after several hours. The technician was there for less than an hour and charge me $395 for a part that was ineffective that was made in China . Not only that the owner did not even offer a refund or take responsibility for an ineffective part. This isn?t just bad service. It is total disregard for the customer. If you want a professional job done right look elsewhere. Integrity is what we?re all about. This is what is on their business card, which is also the farthest thing from the truth.

Brown Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing has been called to repair the same problem leak 3 times in the last 90 days on my 4-year-old Rheem HVAC system. Every time the company owner (John Brown), would Not let his guys leave my property until he was able to work me to pay for the same repair 3 separate times. Last time, on 02/20/2026, he asked me to pay an additional $460 for the same repairs that I had just paid the same company $682 for 3 weeks before, at the time, I refused to pay for the same repair twice, both Brown A/C's own techs that were there, agreed with me about paying for the same repair again and again, but John Brown (the owner) would not get off the phone till I agreed to pay $250 which I paid. On 02/23/2026, I called Brown Air Conditioning to let them know that the repairs that they had performed and got paid for 3 separate times, did Not work, and the HVAC system is running on Auxiliary Heat. John Brown (the owner) told me that they will Not come back to fix it.

We recently had our old A/C unit replaced the 1st of August. The customer service was great and the total job was completed in less than 4 hours. The best part of having a new unit installed was the reduction in our electric bill. With August being one of the hottest months, our bill came in at 50 dollars less than the previous month. It pay to get Browns.

Called in the morning and they were at my house before 12 noon, Service is exceptional This is the second time I called and both times they were here in a timely manner

Called and left message. Called back within 15 minutes. Called next morning and told me what time to expect repairman. Came on time and got my unit running. Had a baby in no heat so appreciate coming quickly. I was afraid of big bill, but he fixed for the service fee!

From the time I made the phone call to the service man which happened to be the owner himself that came out I found out later very professional in my opinion very honest which is very hard to find these days I will definitely be using them I called on behalf of my son and they came in a very timely manner thank you so much

Chris did a diagnosis and found a broken part, replaced it, and the bill was very fair! I would definitely call Brown`s again and I will also recommend them to friends and neighbors! Thank You Brown`s!

I can't thank these people enough. We had a leak in our hot water line - not quite as bad as no water at all - but my wife doesn't like COLD showers! :) They came the same day... fixed our leak.. price was very reasonable and we are more than happy. Thank you Brown AC/Heating/Plumbing. We will use you again and recommend you to anyone.

they are really worth all of those five stars. I am really happy with their service, price & professionalism, Josh the tech was very pleasant. I have an old unit and they didn't pressure me for a replacements like the company before them. they were honest about what is and what could happen. I would totally recommend them to anyone.

John and Shelly were great to work with, very hands on. The job was done when they said it would be. The pricing was the best around and they did not mind adding an extra touch or two going beyond what was required for a great value.

On time, honest, good work, good price. Good company.
