Had a freezer starting to fail I found on a Thursday evening and left a message at 8 pm and he personally called 30 minutes later spending time with me to help stabilize. Arrived Friday morning first thing. Diagnosed a part that would arrive Monday and put in a temporary fix to get through the weekend and then returned to install the part. Many wouldn’t have called back till work hours or not gone the extra mile to look for temporary solutions. In other cases I would have talked to a scheduling service and not the person with the knowledge and expertise. Great experience and highly recommend.

Mr. Brown is great. He was prompt in his communication. He came when he said he would. He was cordial and answered questions. He addressed all our needs and was priced very fairly and got us back up and running quickly. We will continue to call on home for any appliance issues and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Mr Brown explained what he was going to try to do, to fix our refrigerator so it would not cost more to replace a part that we might not need. He told us the price for each thing that he could do and then gave us the choice of which we preferred. The difference was around $70.00 . Great! On time, Professional and affordable

This is the third appliance that Mr Brown has repaired or replaced. He is prompt and professional; very knowledgable and skilled. I give him highest marks. Our old dishwasher was beyond repair and he recommended replacement and guided us in that decision. He repaired our elderly dryer and washer very succesfully. all working well and no outlay on new equipment. And he is a nice man.
