Unfinished/incomplete work, weeks of excuses, and insults when I asked for what I paid for.
The husband came out to do the repair, didn't finish the job properly, and left saying he'd come back to fix it, which he never did.
I followed up for *weeks.* (He came early September and it?s now October.) Then just silence and stalling.
I finally told them bluntly that my door still wouldn't lock (a literal safety concern) and I needed him back to fix his faulty work, I was called "rude."
Now, I have a front door to my home, with two small children, that doesn't lock. The job wasn?t even done correctly, and the business treated my basic *safety* concern as an inconvenience.

I spoke with the Browns and let them know the requirements and spec of my project and they literally lied that they were going to grab a few things and never came back or returned any calls or messages. We set up a date, when I asked what time they will arrive at my project, they told me. The person who opened the door for them remarked that they didn?t even say hello and came into the house. They set up and took all their tools and left me stranded. I had to look for a back up pro after they didn?t return for over 2 hours.
I would never recommend them.

The Browns did a great job tackling a variety of odds and ends jobs on my to do list - installing light fixtures, fixing windows that wouldn't open, installing doorbell cameras and other tasks. Nice, hard-working family!

Handyman Service
I've been very satisfied with the excellent work done by the Browns. Some of the numerous house jobs they completed include:
painted 6 interior rooms, removed popcorn ceiling, applied special paint to the garage floor, installed 4 ceiling fans, light fixtures, shelves, installed multiple curtain rods, accessibility grabrails, TV mounts, gym pull-up exercise bar, toilet bidets, spackled and repaired large cut-out holes in the ceiling, replace door handles, and assembled shelving units and furniture.
The plumbing work included repairing the dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a leaking shower valve.
They are my go-to for home projects and repairs. Honest, competent, reasonable and fair pricing, clean, and courteous.
