I had drywall repaired, Cortez was very knowledgeable. I feel the repair I had done was overpriced. I would use him again but I would be sure I could afford the price.

Larry bowers also repaired the bathroom subfloor, installed tile, baseboards and backer boards and painted the walls and cabinet. The only problem that I had with their service is that it took longer than I had expected. However, the quality of the work was worth the time.

Cortez and his crew were great and did quality work. Not only did they do an excellent job at repairing dry wall they also installed a back splash in the kitchen, fixed a water spot on the ceiling, repaired a leaking sliding glass door and painted shutter and exterior doors. The only negative was slow email or phone call response time for receipts or quotes. I would hire them again because the quality of work was great for the price they charge.

They were easy to work with and very helpful. They also did some other repairs and a ceiling repair where I had some water damage. The ceiling look good and over all I am pleased with their work. The only negative thing I'd say is that they could have done a little better job of cleaning up. Since it was a vacant rental house I don't think they cleaned as well as if it had of been occupied. I would definitly hire them again.

Demond returned calls promptly, gave a fair quote, and his team performed a high quality professional repair to a damaged ceiling (approximately 2' x 2 1/2' area"). When they completed the job, I could not identify the location of the repair. I highly recommend Brownstone and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Demar gave me the best quote for the job I wanted done and not only was the work finished in a timely matter, it was of excellent quality. Eli is an excellent craftsman and a very nice person, it was easy and comfortable having him work around my house. Not only would I reccomend Brownstone Builders, I plan on having them do more work.

We were very impressed with Demond and the crew of Brownstone. We had two doors installed, a storm door installed, house pressure washed and shutters painted. The service was great and professional. The price was reasonable and not too expensive. I would recommend anyone to give them a call and see what they can do for you. They don't cut corners and the work was done in a very timely matter.

These guy do good quality work I would recommend them to anyone who needs some home repair or renovation. The price you just can't beat I got three quote and these guy came in at half of what the other two wanted.

The shower above a closet leaked and caused water damage. They cut out and replaced the water damage as well as cleaned any mold between the ceiling and shower drain. Very friendly, great customer service, awesome work, and at a reasonable price! They arrived as scheduled and I had no issues.
