Wood Flooring Repair or Partial Replacement
He is unreliable as in he does not show up on time. The amount was upgraded after he tore up a good portion of my floor. He said it was a day or maybe a day 1/2, it turned out to be 3 long days. I do NOT recommend him.

He did a decent job on the carpet re-stretch; however, his helper was a NO-SHOW. I had to be his helper and he did not offer to make up for this by a reduction in price. He was a bit unprofessional in that he had to eat breakfast before he started the job.

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Bruce installed both laminate and carpet for me. He showed up as scheduled and stayed until the job was finished over a 3-4 day period. His work was excellent and all of my holiday season guests are very impressed with the job he did. What was also very impressive is how careful they were when moving things around and cleaning up the mess at the end of each day.

He told me the work he had was a 3 day job, then it turned into four, then five, and all the while was complaining about the flooring I was using. We had painters come in at the same time, and he did nothing but talk his head off to them the whole time. More than once I requested he keep his talking to a minimum and get back to work, and he assumed I was joking. I told him I wasn't, he got offended and back to work, but not 5 minutes later he was at it again. And this is only HALF the problems. He had a gun jam for our hardwood and there are bumps EVERYWHERE because he didn't fix the issue. Professionalism? NO!

Had a very good experience with Bruce Irwin's Flooring. Both Bruce and his helper were very good. They worked fast and were very professional. I felt the price was very reasonable for the work they performed. I am very pleased with the service.
