I wanted a survey to ensure I erected a privacy fence on the proper lines of a DC Townhouse. Since the house was built in the 1930's, I figured I needed to be sure since the yards connect. Landed did everything they said they were going to do and were very responsive to all of my questions. The price was very fair.

I cannot recommend this company in spite of its excellent technical work. Their front office appears to be in disarray. They gave out conflicting information as to delivery of the work product and instilled doubt about the accuracy of their work by openly questioning the working surveyor. It was only after the neighbor hired their own surveyor who verified their boundary work did we have enough confidence to complete our fence. All in all I say that this is an example of a leaderless unprofessional office

"The property owner had scheduled a fencing crew and needed the exact side lines marked out and detailed for the position of the New Fence , The specific property description was complicated by conflicting information given by the wall surveys in the government office. What the owner did not understand was that because of conflicting data and dimensions , we had three survey visits to the site to confirm dimensions from the houses and had to survey the adjacent lots to confirm the wall survey dimensions given , so instead of one survey for the client , we surveyed three lots to assure that the dimensions matched and that the lines were ok"
