Irresponsible. Took money in April, finished installation in October. Heating system does not work properly. Bruce has no idea why. I wish I did not hire him.

To discuss about the project, he kept on calling every now and then until he made sure that he did get the work. Came in to collect the advance money with his whole family!! Scheduled a day for the work to start, I took a day off and stayed home, the crew came by 11, went out by 3 PM saying that they have to purchase something, came back by around 6 PM. They shut off the heat, and the water supply to the house. I live with my family of two kids of 5 yr and 3 yr. I called them back to switch on the water, at least the cold water. I do not know what they were expecting us to do by shutting off the whole water supply to my house It was in March, where it was nearly freezing at night. He left us without providing a room heater. The next day morning we do not have heat or hot water, my wife heated up water over the gas stove to take bath and to drink! They came back that day again by around 10 AM after me calling them reminding about the work he left the day before. They came in and stayed until 10 PM working. We had to leave for a family get together, for which I could not attend as the whole crew was there at my home and I cannot leave my house open for them!! Finally our heating system was up. But the water pressure was too high that there was leak in the utility room. I called him multiple times, no response, so left message, no response. I texted him for which he replied "I am not your dog"!! Still I don't know what he actually meant by that. But he should think that he is having the responsibility to get back to the customer even after the work is done. After a few days, the whole system shut down as there was a drip in the power, which we came to know later. I called him no response, and so again I left a message as he has never picked my call after the day he collected the whole money. I can never recommend this person to even my worst enemy!! Irresponsible!! Later, I have hired another plumper to bring down the water pressure to stop the leak in the system. Now it is almost 9 months after he has completed his work, still he has not responded back to my calls or voice messages. He has signed the contract with a one year customer support. I am wondering whether I can sue him. The worst among the worst customer service.

Hired to do the job on a Saturday. He had to cancel due to an emergency, understandable. New date was a Tuesday, which required me to take day off as he told me he'd be there "first thing" as the job would take all day. Crew arrived around 11 to inventory needed parts and then left. Did not return until 1. By this point I could have worked a half day myself and been home for them to do job. They did not finish until after 9pm as they ran into issues w/ old plumbing, again understandable. However, knowing there was a faulty valve on furnace all crew members left to get new parts and while gone valve blew and flooded my basement. I had to turn main off myself, move water soaked boxes and mop for approx 45 min before their return. I'm not a plumber, but I would expect that if I knew I was dealing with a faulty valve I'd shut the water off before leaving the job unattended. Overall the price of the job was good, We came to an agreement on 1/3 off of the additional parts and labor costs due to the basement flooding.

Not only Bruce's quote was the lowest but he also used better materials. He and his crew worked non stop for 15 hours to make sure we were not left in the cold and without heat. They are extremely trustworthy and honest, not enough words to express our appreciation, we recommend them highly!

He worked with me to come to a reasonable price for the job and was able to assemble his team and the equipment in a matter of days to come in and get the job done. Great job. Clean work. Prompt, couteous and well organized team. Would certainly hire them again.

Bruce was a real professional. He was very accommodating with my schedule. He showed up with a large team and finished the work of replacing the boiler and installing a water heater in one day. The quality of the work was unsurpassed. I would recommend Bruce for any job and would only use them for future relevant improvement.

bruce and his team are one of the best group of qualified hvac specialist I have had the opportunity to observe. worked on there own and were clean and responsible would strongly recommend linstad plumbing and heating for any large or small project. point of info im retired after 40 years in commercial construction and hvac proffesion.

Bruce and crew did exactly what they said they would do, and kept me insformed.No excuses. The only problem was not under Bruce's control...the inspector showed up a day late !
