Bruce Property Inspections

Would absolutely hire again! We hired Bruce despite the house already having an inspection by the owners 2 months prior and so glad that we did! He found countless problems that were missed in the previous inspection and ultimately ended up saving us from purchasing a house with several very costly repairs. He was very thorough with his evaluation and gave a detailed explanation of every problem. 10/10 would recommend!

His cost was lower and he was professional and thorough. Even my realtor said he provided a complete inspection and provided good insight to many areas that needed repair.

I reached out @8pm on Sun, Bruce called me back by 830! We set up an appt for Mon afternoon, yes the very next day!! Great guy willing to work with my schedule. Walked me through everything he was looking for and what he found. Very professional and reasonably priced. As a single female he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking a lot of questions.

Bruce was fantastic and provided a quality report. He checked everything in the house and explained his findings to me. Since I was in a different state, I had to rely on someone else and Bruce delivered. He found things I didn't even ask to check and there isn't a place Bruce did not look. Due to the cold, Bruce could not check the air conditioning but he explained that as well. Well worth the money.

Speed is the word. He answered my request in lightening time. I made the inquiry during the busiest time of year and I had the report on the Tuesday afternoon after I made the inquiry on the previous Saturday. Good and thorough inspection as well.
