Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects, Inc.
About us
Bruce Ronayne Hamilton Architects is a registered architect with twenty-three years of experience in all phases of architecture. Primary duties include managing and directing an architectural firm in providing comprehensive architectural services including site evaluation, feasibility studies and project analysis; master planning of multi-phased projects; building design, construction/inspection, programming, cost estimating and interior space planning. Building project types have included hotels, nursing homes, assisted living projects, corporate office buildings, banks, country clubs, schools, libraries, retirement projects, retail projects, industrial buildings and custom homes, churches/chapels. If a building is to be meaningful Architecture and stand the test of time, it will be design that makes this determination. The character and function of buildings should blend artfully into an integrated, sensible, and beautiful structure. Our goal is to develop expressive character which is related to function. Each building should appear to be "what it is". Character may be developed through consideration of tradition but it is important that we are free to depart from traditional styles or plans that do not suit the needs of our client. Each project is approached without bias, preconceived ideas, or constraints so that its unique problems can be fully analyzed and its character can be expressed completely and honestly. We have a vital concern about the environment; both natural and man-made. Some buildings should blend into existing surroundings by being quiet, unobtrusive and dignified - others should provide leadership, inspiration and distinction. Our goal is to design a community of related elements in which each structure will appropriately fulfill its purpose in terms of function and character; yet at the same time respect its environment. We believe that the essence of Architecture is Art, and the essence of professional practice is responsibility and competence. Our objective is to provide service of the greatest possible use and benefit to our clients and to society. We intend to maintain that integrity of practice which will insure each client the finest possible stewardship of his interest. We shall strive to create beauty as well as order, character as well as safety, spiritual value as well as convenience. Architectural service requires diverse talents - those of counselor, designer, manager, and technician. Selection of an architect should be based upon consideration of these skills and upon integrity; special skills or experience demonstrated in similar work; capacity for work; devotion to quality of architecture and environment; and commitment to the ideals of the profession. Our experience is founded upon a volume of work which has been varied, continuous, and wide ranging. We feel that each project type provides experience which benefits other projects, and we are pleased that we can offer our clients a wide range of supportive resources and background depth. Our design staff has experience with a large variety of projects, from office towers, high tech and manufacturing facilities to shopping centers, hotels, multi-family housing, health care facilities, recreational and educational complexes, and many other special purpose structures. Our firm is recognized in the industry for integrity, dedication to client satisfaction, and the ability to complete projects of widely varying size and complexity on time and within budget. Our vast Architectural experience can bring over twenty years of successful Architectural expertise to your project. Our ten person architectural firm have all had significant design project management and field construction inspection experience. The design project managers in our firm have years of experience structuring meetings to get timely answers and to identify areas of immediate and long term concern.
