The condition of my roof was terrible. Because of that there was damage inside my home that I hadn’t been aware of before. Mr. Bruce came in and did a thorough inspection and upon finding the problems, explained them and my options completely. He was very thorough with documenting all the damages and repairs. He has been instrumental in my dealing with my insurance company and has helped with every step of the process. He remained on site to supervise his crews and was was extremely professional and accessible throughout the whole thing. His written estimates were well explained and complete. I don’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t been the one to help me. I recommend him fully and will use his services again for any work I need done on my house. Thank you, Mr. Bruce, for everything!

The Service Pro was not able to accomplish what he had been hired to do. I still have a leak in my roof, he does not want to come back and make it right I had addressed my concerns but he is not been reasonable.

Mr.Bruce and his Crew started promptly installing a New Asphalt Shingle Roof at my rental property completing the job that same day. The New Roof looks Amazing! My husband and I are extremely Pleased with our New Roof! Mr.Bruce is Professional, very Knowledgeable, Honest and seems to take Pride in his work. I Highly Recommend Bruce Roofing Company.
