Mr. Bruce & his crew replaced an architectural roof & installed 2 roof dormers for me. They worked in a very timely manner. Roof was installed in 1 day & dormers 1 1/2 days. He's a lil pricey, but does 1derful work. My roof/house is now showing an "AWESOME Curb Appeal". I highly recommend him....u won't be disappointed!! 👏🏾❤️👍🏾🏠

Maikel Valdivia Construction put the new roof on our house less than 2 years ago, but it was nailed improperly. They gave us a quote of $5250 to repair it, but Bruce Roofing was able to do it for $200 and they did an excellent job.

The owner was very prompt in calling and showed up late in the day to inspect the bathroom ceiling and located the problem after checking the fan cover on the roof. Mr. Bruce returned the next day to complete the job. He also suggested we replace the cover for the other fan cover and three boots, which we did as part of our maintenance effort. We recommend Brice Roofing for others to call upon and seek his services.

The condition of my roof was terrible. Because of that there was damage inside my home that I hadn’t been aware of before. Mr. Bruce came in and did a thorough inspection and upon finding the problems, explained them and my options completely. He was very thorough with documenting all the damages and repairs. He has been instrumental in my dealing with my insurance company and has helped with every step of the process. He remained on site to supervise his crews and was was extremely professional and accessible throughout the whole thing. His written estimates were well explained and complete. I don’t know what would have happened if he hadn’t been the one to help me. I recommend him fully and will use his services again for any work I need done on my house. The Service Pro was not able to accomplish what he had been hired to do. I still have a leak in my roof, he does not want to come back and make it right I had addressed my concerns but he is not been reasonable.

According to the reviews we acquired HomeAdvsior, a man we believe had a reputation of doing his work well. But when we acquired him as our roofing contractor we were very disappointed because the work was not done to effectively or efficiently. He promised to come and fix the leak but we have not seen him since January. The roof is still leaking profusely when it rains causing damage to the inside of the building and interrupting our daily business. We just want the roof fixed correctly. He is very argumentative.
