Do not hire, very bad quality of work and will not stand behind his work. Have tired for months for him to redo, and instead of trying to make it right puts a construction lien on our property.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and curtious

With the significant hail storm that had occurred, along came the "storm chasers", and there were plenty. After research, I chose Bruce Tall Construction and I am glad I did with all the hacks running around ringing doorbells. Bruce, Don and Carl were genuinely concerned about all aspects of the roof and gutter replacement and made sure that I completely understood what was involved in the undertaking. They came out and checked the status of the project periodically. The repair crew was polite and professional. This new roof was installed in September of 2016, and up until then, there had been no issues. During February/March of 2018 there was significant snowfall and the north side of the roof area at the gutters iced up. This has happened in the past but this time, I noticed that the ice had breached under the roof and traveled down along the covering of the roof beams (for lack of better words) and came out the vents. Depending on the temperature, either icicles came out the vents or water or both. All the gutters were/are free and clear of debris. I called Bruce Tall Construction twice only getting an answering machine. I left two messages asking for someone to come out and assess what happened and what needed to be done, if anything..........zero response. I then sent two emails to them, one to their secretary and one to Bruce Tall Construction's general email with photos of my concerns. Again, I have received no response and it has been over approximately a week and a half. My concern is if the roof's integrity has been breached and if there is mold or rot damage or both. I do not know what happened to this company from my initial positive comments but it is not the same company insofar as customer service is concerned. I would recommend potential customers of Bruce Tall Construction to check out all the reviews,

Company owner called me within 2 hours of my request on Home Advisor and came to my house the next day to review the scope of the project. They were there to do the work within two weeks. The workers weren't the best about cleaning up their mess at the end of each day, but got the work done well.

Very professional - everyone was. Cleaned up after themselves and were there after we went to work and gone when we got home. Whenever an issue arrived they brought it up right away, wanted us to look at it, very attentative. They installed windows too and they look great. Next they are doing our concrete deck!

The owner of the company called right away and immediately sent out an estimator. Installers were professional, friendly, and kept me informed. No rain yet to see how the gutters are working.
