Bruce's Plumbing Service responded very quickly to my need for a new water heater. They came out after hours on a Saturday and then again the following Sunday to get the job done. They kept in touch with me throughout the process giving me updates about when they would show up, which was great since I didn't need to stay around waiting for them.

Bruce did an excellent job on replacing my water heater for a great price. My water heater stand needed to be shored up due to some water damage and also my exhaust on the roof needed some repair as well. Some companies may not handle such requests based on conversations I had during the estimating portion of my research. Bruce delivered on all my requests and was upfront about costs. Bruce was very knowledgeable on water heater installs, we ran into some issues due to the water damage and neglect on my part on the water heater and he was well prepared to handle them. I would recommend his work and plan to call on him for future work in regards to plumbing issues as well.

Bruce was the ideal plumber for the job very knowledgeable, skilled, conscientious, respectful, helpful and fair. He definitely cares about the quality and service he provides. While a couple other plumbers never returned my call, Bruce did very fast. He ordered and scheduled the water heater to be delivered for us and showed up shortly after all ready to save the day like a hero. It was an ideal experience sincerely.

Bruce is the owner. He resides in North Orange county. He is the one answering the phone and also does the work himself. It's great to have an "all-in-one" experience. Sometimes having 3 different people you have to deal with as a customer is very annoying. The work Bruce did was done professionally and quick. My old water heater started leaking , I connected with Bruce through Home Advisor, he gave me a reasonable quote and said he could do it the next day. I had hot water in the afternoon the next day. Great service. I have replaced the water heater myself in the past - but did not want to hassle with it this time. It was worth paying someone else to do it this time.
