Complete experience was awful, bathroom project started in December 2017 and still not complete and what they did complete looks sloppy. Communication is horrible now that the project is no longer profitable I can't get them to complete the work and fix what they messed up. I made the mistake of paying ahead and now trying to get my money back. Regardless of what excuse Mr. Brunk may say for this, the bottom line he is responsible for the work.

Do not hire this contractor. He is full of promises but doesn't deliver. What was supposed to be a two month project is now in the fifth month. He doesn't pay his bills so there is a possibility of a lien being put on my home, which is very unsettling.

I hired Gene in the summer of 2017. It is now the last week in March 2018, and he has yet to finish the 400 sq ft addition he was hired to build. The quality of work is deplorable. The project has been laden with problems, starting with ripping out the sewer line while digging footings for the addition. He added hideous texture to the interior walls (I assume to cover up sloppy sheetrocking) even though it was not in the contract and I was not told it was happening prior to its application. Pieces of plumbing fixtures are missing, 2 electrical outlets were wired backward (red flagged by inspector -- and still not corrected), and the yard is still a mess with litter -- he didn't have a dumpster onsite as building permit required. He promised months ago to paint the exterior for free to compensate for some of the problems -- and that is still not done. It has been a nightmare dealing with this contractor. And we aren't alone, as a check of court records shows several lawsuits by vendors and customers against him. Wish I had checked that before hiring him! Save yourself a ton of trouble and stay away from this builder!

I was very happy with this company. They did a wonderful job and they made sure I was satisfied with the job before moving on. They were a great company to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for work done. 2-18-2020. I have tried to reach this man serveral times and have had no luck. I had problems with the work that he had done for me that was still under warranty that needed to be taken care of but never was able to get ahold of me, So he sure was a sweet talker that cost me another $900 to have his work redone.ð ¡

Did a beautiful job on the project and very happy with that. Timeline for project was not met, not great at communicating schedule changes.

slow @ getting started, when i gave him money it would be awhile before he would get back to building my add on. In the beginning he would tell me he would be here the next day & wouldn't show up for a day or three or more.

They showed up when they said the project would start and finished when they said it would be. Great Co. to work with, I have no complaints about them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a project. Love the pergola

He is great, pricing is very reasonable and does good work.
