Brunner Builders 513, LLC

Excellent!!!!!

Easy to work with and great communication. Very happy with the quality and speed of the job.

The bottom half of the front wall of my screened in porch had to be replaced because of Carpenter ant damage. At first we thought it was just the sill and screen window that needed fixing but the more rot he tore out the more he found. Turned out all the framing had to be replaced. Now I have all new treated wood that should last at least the next 50 years. Thank you Ash and Kevin for all your beautiful work. The first 3 pictures are the rot we found the last picture is the finished work. Perfect!

I’d highly recommend Brunner Builders. The communication was excellent, the workmanship is impressive and the job was done ahead of schedule, which was even better.

Brunner Builders did an amazing job remodeling my home office and art studio! I’m so happy with how the space turned out—it’s a place I love spending time working and creating. The quality of their work was excellent, and their pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Brunner Builders to anyone looking for quality remodeling at a fair price!

We had an excellent experience working with Ash! For two months, he patiently advocated for us with our insurance company and helped us get a much fairer repair estimate. He was supportive, professional, and always willing to answer our questions and guide us through the process. We’re incredibly grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping us. His willingness to go above and beyond, even when things weren’t straightforward, speaks volumes about his character and dedication to his customers. If you’re looking for a contractor who genuinely cares about his clients and is willing to fight for them, we highly recommend him! Contractors like this are hard to find.

Ash is very knowledgeable and he took the time to explains things to me in away that I could understand. Ash made me feel comfortable with design and execution of the decking project. I've had issues with other contractors not respecting me as a women but Ash is the exact opposite! I've recommended him to several other women and they say the same thing. You want this man and his team to build your project.

Was very happy with the work they did for us.

I would highly, highly recommend Brunner builders. Our deck is very large and required a lot of time and effort. Besides replacing all the decking, they had a lot of repair work to do as well. They did an absolutely fantastic job. They were great to work with, very accommodating, professional, and did outstanding work. A great value for the money. Quality workmanship everywhere. They take pride in their work. And it shows.

We love our new covered deck . Thank you Ash for everything you did for us

I recently hired Ash to install a wooden fence for my side yard. Ash is truly knowledgeable and experienced with woodworking when it comes to decks and fences. He understands the constraints of the property he's working on and will accommodate the needs of the customer he's working for and will inform them of any limitations he encounters to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. The product is always high quality.
