Brunner Heating & Air

We hired Brunner heating for a large job of about $120,000.00 for electric and HVAC units on 4/2022-8/2022. The job went well and we continued to use Brunner to provide routine maintenance every couple months costing $400-$600 per visit and paid promptly. I had a invoice that was 3 days old for $372 and a young lady called my partner during his dinner looking for payment. He referred her to myself as I handle all invoices. She called me during my dinner and aggressively was looking for payment. I politely told her the invoice will be processed the next day and it was. I called the office the next day and complained about such aggressive collections on a customer in good standing that spent over $120,000.00 with them on a 3 day old $372 invoice. The response was defensive and the office manager said it was a new person on collections. I politely said perhaps a little training for new hires? an left it at that. A couple weeks passed and my partner called for routine maintenance and Brunners response was we will not service your account anymore? I would never consider treating ANY customer with such disregard for any reason! Burning bridges with such ingratitude blows my mind!

I ve used Brunner heat and air for years. They are always prompt and professional. They are not the cheapest, but I am always willing to pay a small premium for somebody that is professional and will stand behind their work.
