VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KNEW JUST HOW TO TRIM PALM TREES,, AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT

They were professional, reasonably priced and efficient. We had a 60+ ft hickory tree next to our house. The tree removal was very well orchestrated. The large limbs were well secured and smoothly guided down to the ground, away from our home. They constantly kept the yard raked and clean of debris. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them to anyone.

For starters, they were the cheapest quote by far!! He took the time to go next door to my neighbor and let her know that a branch may touch her lawn when they lower it and he will fix it when it is done. My neighbor was very happy with their service. Not only were they always on time, they never stopped working, and the yard and all debris was cleaned up after. I will definitly be using them and only them in the future for other jobs.

Bruno was always on the job himself. Very thorough and careful. Cleaned everything up and worked non-stop the entire day. Very nice people.

Oh, I am so happy to tell you about my experience with Bruno's Tree Service of Ocala. On a whim, I looked on line for a tree service company and found your site and Bruno's. I filled out the questionaire and was so pleased when Wendy promptly contacted me. She was more than pleasant, and to my surprise she and her husband (Mr. Bruno) came out immediately to give me a quote. What a quote!! It was (no kidding) three times less than the competition!! Not only did they schedule a prompt appointment to remove my very large tree, Wendy was kind enough to call me when she had to postpone it a few days. No lies, no run arounds, no empty promises. And yes, they were here promptly Monday morning with the most pleasant and courteous group of men I have ever encountered for a service at my house. Well, let me tell you, the tree men scaled that tree like monkeys and dropped it like magicians. When I tell you this was a large, ungainly tree, I'm not kidding. They put it down like a baby! They were here, and gone, and you would never know there was even a huge tree there, save the stump. I was worried about my neighbors yard, but let me tell you, I shouldn't have. You would never know they were there! They cleaned up evey branch, stick and leaf! So, as you may guess, I'm more than pleased with Bruno's. I would and am reccomending them to everyone and anyone. Quick response to request, got an estimate the same day and the job was done the next day. Very professional and courteous. The cleanup was perfect. Job was done quickly and I immediately referred them to my neighbor who also used their service. I was very surprised with the overall professionalism. Will use again when needed. Highly recommend this company.

It's hard to describe. All I can say is that these folks are likeable and very competent. They run a good business.

The crew did a great job. They cut just what I asked and offered helpful suggestions. At the end of the day, we had a BIG mess of cut branches, but they were back the next morning and got it cleaned up in short order. They raked up the yard, so it looked good as new. They also got a "blower" out and blowed off the roof, sidewalk and driveway. Good prices, good service. I liked them and would suggest them.

We had a large pecan tree decaying and part of it had already fallen. Bruno's came in and removed the tree the day after I called them. They were prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and very professional. I would highly recommend them. With hurricane season upon us, I will be using them again to prune and prepare.

They are very professional. And customer oriented. Although I was not able to see the end of the task, they sent me some photos of the work done. Mr. Bruno stated that if I was not pleased with the work he was always willing to go back and fix what ever was necessary. The price was fair and they are a very good provider.
