My home has brick on the bottom, with aluminum siding on top ~ I had the roof done by them, while doing so, the siding got bent. (trying to install flashing) Replacement of my siding, was money I had not anticipated, wasn't quite happy, on that particular situation. Despite the issue with my roof, Bryan is my neighbor, so we communicate often; therefore, I did hire him to add a bathroom for me, attached to the back of my home.
