Hired this company to install sprinkler zones, he recommended replacing French drains,. Work was completed within time promised. Satisfied with the work that was done.

Communication was good while the job was being pursued, Once the job was granted and paid, the communication stopped. I've asked for a receipt for the service via text, email and in person. It has been over a week sense the job was completed, still no receipt and no response. It's frustrating to me to have paid for French drains and sprinkler zones, which is not cheap , to be ignored. A receipt should be given at the time of payment. I have more work that's needed, but I will not use or recommend the company.

I had a zone and a couple of sprinklers quit working. Got a call from Brian with OCL Irrigation. I researched reviews and called him back. Brian came out the same day and checked everything and had a great price for me. He understood that I have limited time and scheduled the crew around me. The crew got here on time. What I wanted was confirmed before work was started. These guys were all very professional, friendly and worked quickly to get my system working, didn't leave until they knew I was happy. Brian called later to take payment and I am very pleased. OCL Irrigation has a new customer for life.

Bryan came as scheduled to see what I wanted and gave me an estimate that was very affordable compared to other providers. He sent two of his crew members on the agreed upon date and time and they were prompt, knew what they were supposed to do and got the work done quickly. I am very pleased with their services. Bryan expressed in our conversations that he wanted to be my irrigation guy so I guess I have a guy. ?

Bryan was very respectful and customer service focused. His attention to details and willingness to share those details with me made me feel more confident about his work.

Came out late in the evening and repaired sprinkler leak. When finished it was too dark to test sprinkler flow. Stated he would return and check heads and flow out. Havenâ t seen him yet. Needs to finish job to get better rating.

Bryan and his team are very good and helpful. They do a great job. They repaired old sprinkler system, put gravel and grass in my backyard.
