Shed, Barn or Playhouse - Build
This contractor TOTALLY MISREPRESENTED his qualifications. He was hired to build a shed. I offered to purchase a pre-fab kit and he told me he would rather do it my scratch. Then, after giving 1/2 deposit, he asked for more money to purchase trusses since he could not make them himself. It was a standard 8x8x9 shed, nothing fancy. He told me 1-2 days, and he it is a week later and all I have is a floor, with wood I had to stack myself so that my grass would not be damaged.
