Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler

I am very pleased with the design, work, and all communication from Bryant Lawn and Sprinkler. I had a specific idea in mind for my backyard and somehow I got something better than I imagined. I was actually handed a picture of what the design would look like before the work was started. Very pleased.

Excellent job. Started on time and finished on time.

The job was done in a very timely manner and i felt we got good value for the money spent. Good company!!!

The individual who came to provide the estimate was exceptional. However, it was all downhill after that. The small landscaping project was not satisfactorily completed. Four men and none could identify the irises that were to be moved, even after being shown where and what the irises were, only a few token plants were shifted. A single new plant for the center of the front lawn, a Pugster Butterfly Bush, was not in bloom when planted. (Well in advance of the scheduled work, it was requested that a change to the written estimate for a larger purple variety be made for an additional cost. I was told that the Pugster was the **only purple butterfly bush**. There was no response when I immediately asked about a full size Black Night variety). The small circle bed made for this one plant only was not level. My 92 year old mother asked them to level the bed and mentioned that there was bagged dirt in the backyard that they could use, if they did not have dirt. They ignored her minor request. The on-site workman in charge of the inexperienced crew stated the plant could be replaced if it did not survive. However, calls placed over weeks and then months were ignored. The response by the females answering the phones was, **We need to ask James**. Eventually I asked to speak with James directly. Again there was no return call received. I cannot recommend this company based upon my experiences with the workmen and with unresponsive management. Seasons are passing and the unlevel bed and struggling Pugster remain. The before version was better than the Bryant version by a long shot.

Did a great job and was willing to work with me and my endless questions and concerns.

They did a great job.

Their work was done timely, quickly and relatively cleanly., and their bid was the least expensive and covered more of what we wanted. They did a great job with both the rock (Lots of it!) and the plants they installed. I will hire them again when needed.

Understood our needs and explained everything thoroughly. Was on time and completed the work. Great team!

They did a fantastic job. I told James my vision he executed it to perfection!

Na

George did a great job repairing our sprinkler system!

Very professional, very polite and knowledgeable. Very responsive to questions and got the job done quickly.

Billie is great. Came up with a great solution to an irrigation issue we had. Pricing was fair and they did the work fast. They understand the rules and make sure to take care of business professionally. I would recommend them and have already forwarded their information on to some friends.

It was an excellent experience from the beginning. On time, hard working and friendly are just a few of the things I liked about them. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

No clue what they were doing and also tried to destroy my yard. When I said no they were disappointed because they were losing money.

Very professional, very polite and knowledgeable. Very responsive to questions and got the job done quickly.

Great experience. It was a local company. They responded immediately to my inquiry, came out personally to consult within a week and had the sprinkler installed within a couple of weeks of my original inquiry. They did a fantastic job, kept me informed and made sure I understood how to operate the system.

The tech was very knowledgeable.

Prompt, courteous, and they did what they said they would do. Very satisfied.

James and his staff were very responsive to answer any questions you have. They produced and unbelievable product.n
