We were installing a toilet in a spot that the previous owners had "plumbed for a toilet", and were also replacing a utility sink. Tom showed up on time, looked at the site, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The previous owners had plumbed both the "toilet" and the existing utility sink incorrectly. He caught this immediately. They needed to tear up the floor and move the drain. But he gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to do the job excellentlythe same day! They even replaced the flooring that they had to tear up, even though they had to go to the store and buy flooring adhesive to do it! I highly recommend them!
