I hired Bryants Tree Service for the removal of a tree and branches from another. They came out on 7/15 and felled 2 trees without a problem. Bryant was supposed to come back and remove the debris the next day. After several excuses, he still has not come back to finish the job. Now he would not return my calls. Very disappointed.

MANY gouges were left in my yard. I understand that this happens when large trees fall but there are several where the teeth of the lifter dug in when picking up the debris. It seems the operator was not able to manage the equipment well. I say that because of the damage to the lawn and also because he backed into bushes, damaging them, and also backed into another tree, with the scoop raised, and broke 2 branches from a tree I wasn't having removed. The damage to the tree, bushes and lawn was not professional.

Having never used the HomeAdvisor app, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Let me just say that I had my doubts. The app was easy to install and very easy to use. I thought it would take days before I would get a response to my request for tree service. To my pleasant surprise, Mr. Bryant responded within 10 minutes! He asked me some relevant questions and we decided on a date and time when he would come out for an on site review. He and his team made the whole process quick, calm, and easy. Easy for me that is. All four large trees, that were damaged in a recent storm, were dangerous to even stand under. He and his team skillfully cut the trees down, cut them up, and hauled them off. My wife and I are both very pleased with the whole process. We will be hiring Bryant's Tree, Land an Debris Service again! We are so thankful that we found them! -- Raymond
