Bubbles and Tools Housekeeping

Kyra was prompt to assess the job and give me a price for bimonthly service. She was prompt for the first visit. My house was a mess and badly needed straightening up and cleaning. The cleaning was much needed, but the best I can say is the house was cleaner after her first visit. But, for example, bathtub still had slime in one corner, kitchen sink was still dirty on front side, and mirrors were more smudged than before. I assumed that during her next visit she would get those and other details. She asked for 150% payment for the first month. However she did not come for the prepaid second scheduled visit. So I texted her a few times to ask when she was coming for the second visit. She never responded, despite the fact I prepaid for the second visit.

She came and was supposed to do a one-time deep clean and stay for 4 hours for $160.00. She left in 2 hours and did not do 1/4 of what she told me she would do. I called her when I returned home from work and told her I was not satisfied and she offered to come back the next morning which she did but when she left my house was still not clean. She was very friendly but did a terrible job cleaning and did not fulfill her agreement with me.

They were friendly and professional and did a great job and I look forward for them to come back!
