John showed up on time for our appointment and was professional from the moment he arrived. He listened to what we wanted and helped us understand our options without being pushy. We felt comfortable throughout the entire consultation and never felt pressured to make a decision. Jenna kept in contact with us every week and made sure we always knew the progress of our project. She kept us informed about the installation schedule and quickly responded whenever we had a question. Her communication made the entire process much less stressful. Joe’s work was meticulous from beginning to end. He paid close attention to every detail and took the time to make sure everything was completed properly. The finished bathroom looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the quality of his work.

Bathtub Installation and Replacement
We were very pleased with our bathroom remodel. Ww had no choice but to replace our tub. We could have gotten one from a Home Depot or Lowes and had it installed but by the time we would have paid for the tub and the install or even gotten a contactor, the cost would have been fairly the same. Some of the larger companies wanted double for the same thing. They were reliable, and talked us through every step. Joe took his time to do everything right and always cleaned up after himself, even if he was coming back the next day. Courteous, on time, dependable and always kept his word. We are very happy with the job that was done.

We are so very pleased with our new tub and shower. The service we received from John and his team was stellar, from the time he entered our home to the time the project was completed. John and his daughter were communicative during the process. John was not pushy, he understood our needs and tried to accommodate as best as could. The installer also deserves a mention, Joe was on time, dependable, neat, clean and let us know everything that came up. He took a little longer than we thought but we appreciated his patience and care and making sure everything was done and it turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend them and when the time comes for us to do.our second bathroom, they will be our first call. Jed (John) & Tammy
