Concrete sidewalk is crumbling. I have called Brian Samsal and e-mailed the company, no response from either one. First of all, Brian required me to go downtown to seure and pay for a permit in the amount of $40. Then upon completion of the sidewalk, Brian stated he had underbid the job by $100 because he did not know the current cost of cement. I agreed to split the difference with him and asked for a receipt. He promised to send me the receipt since he did not have anything with him to write a receipt. I have left several messages on his voice mail requesting the receipt and also to ask him to take a look at crumbling sidewalk.

Brian & Nick did a good job, except that I have been waiting over 1 week for them to come back and add a little more grout around one of the pieces of ceramic tile. I've called Brian twice and both times he was to come and never did. I'm beginning to wonder if he will ever come back.....except that I had already recommended him to a couple of neighbors, maybe I'll see him then. If not for that I would give him 5 stars!

Brian and his crew did a great job. Their pricing was very competitive and the results were most pleasing. I would highly recommend Bedrock Concrete!!

Very quick response. Brian came out to give me an estimate, which was very competitive. Within a week he and his crew were on the job. They were very compliant to changes. His crew was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will use his services again....

Brain and his workers are very polite and professional. They completed the job earlier than expected and it looks great.

Brain was very thorough and completed the job for less than anyone else quoted. Although he seems a bit disorganized, he gets the job done well.

The job was done professionally, however, communication with the vendor to get the job estimated and scheduled was poor. Brian doesn't seem to multi-task very well, but is courteous and friendly.
