Outstanding service. Polite, professional, thorough, prompt and courteous. Workmanship .... not finished yet but we anticipate the quality of work to meet our expectations.

We hired them the same day we got the estimate. we got put off day after day. I lost time from work waiting for a carpenter to show. They did not call when they were supposed to. We were told "you're next!" that never happened. We were told to buy wood for the project and that is still sitting in our living room three weeks later. Calling,and even emailing did not work. THis was experience with both the salesman and the owner of the business. They appeared to have had very good feedback except for one but found our experience very similar. Very disappointed.

Very prompt and professional

I just bought a new apartment and had lot of things to do. The men were very professional, arrived on time with all the materials they would need. I got a lot of things done that I have wanted done for the last few weeks. I will DEFINITELY hire them again to help me finish up my list of things. What I really like about the men who came is they were able do do such a wide variety of things. WHAT A GREAT FIND!!

First hour for work seems kind if high.

Management came,and inspected the project. He said he'ed call me. Never called and Monday morning a handman showed up to do the work. Lack of communications from management is a problem. Luckily I was home and the handyman was very proffessional.

Sunny arrived on time to provide an estimate, was very knowledgable, and made excellent suggestions. Once he began, he was careful to keep me updated during the project, and he was always there when he said he would be. His bid was several hundred dollars less than the others, yet the work was still excellent. His rates were even reasonable when additional damage was found and more work was required. Overall I would definitely use Buckeye Renovation in the future, and would recommend them to others.
