I got a text on 2.24 and he produced a picture of the garage, I immediately saw that the garage door was NOT flush. He angled the pic at a way that I think he thinks I wouldn't notice. He did not provide that information until I said it appears that it's not laying flush. He said it's cause your concrete is off on the right but I have some ideas on how we can fix it once your garage is empty. I said great. I went home and immediately saw that he didn't install the new tracking for the garage door, he just used the old. The garage door makes a SCREECHING sound, I texted him about that and that I'm missing the manual for the garage door motor/genie. Also that the wires seem to be just hanging and can we fix them. He said sure, let me know when garage is empty. I texted him 3 times total. Last time was on Saturday and said what's the plan to get the garage door to lay flush and the manual and fixing the wires. I never heard from him after 02.24.26 at 2:31pm. I called him this week and was very nice and no reply, no texts, NOTHING, he's ghosted me.

Noah was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. The doors look great! The problem came after we paid and after he left. The door makes a horrible sound when it goes up and down. I called to let him know and he told me he?s very busy told us to buy 10W40 and we did. My husband sprayed as directed but it didn?t work. We called and emailed several times and still no call back, no help just an expensive loud door. We are very unhappy. I don?t want to have to call and pay another company to fix this. It?s brand new! We shouldn?t have to. I do not recommend using this company.

Replaced 23 year old Craftsman garage door opener with a Genie opener. Noah replaced it in one trip. One year warranty parts and labor. I am now waiting for the paid invoice to be sent. I am very happy with the work performed.
