HE DOESNT CARY ANY A/C FILTERS, THIS MADE ME ANGRY, MOST SERVICE COMPANIES DO CARY FILTERS, HE JUST RECHARGED MY FREON , HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $180. TO CHECK OUT THE UNIT, I WASNT HAPPY THE WAY HE DOES BUSINESS, HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME FOR EXTRA TRIP TO BRING THE FILTER, HE SHOULD HAVE HAD IT WITH HIM ON THE CALL, HE IS LOOKING TO MAKE MORE MONEY.

We are completely blown away at the level of service, price, professionalism, and responsiveness with Buddy King. We were replacing an old forced air heater and getting all new central air. We got a bid within 24 hours of requesting. We started the work 3 days later and we were done in a week. Brian oversaw every step of the way. Every single concern I expressed was dealt with immediately. Our house was left tidy at the end of the day with their equipment stored neatly in our garage. The entire crew was professional and prompt. What an incredible experience. We thank everyone at Buddy King.. its a great company. The Netzleys
