I called him when I was looking for gutter cleaners and got an answer right away, and he was able to schedule very quickly. He arrived right on time, and did a good job. He also gave a fair price for the size of the job, adjusting for the smaller size of our mobile home compared to the bigger jobs he does on larger houses.He was also able to confirm that we had no mildew, and answered some of my other questions, giving helpful advice on questions like how long the roof should last, and the quality of the material the roofing was made of. He was very honest and friendly about it, He did not try to sell me anything extra, just gave real advice.All around great service, and I will definitely keep this one in mind if we need other handyman work in the future.

They came out on a holiday to fix our furnace exhaust in the chimney because we had a carbon monoxide leak. Great service.

The repair and installation fee was in addition to the travel fee and I would have to have him com out again as the part would have to be ordered.

"I am sorry that you feel that you were overcharged. We take pride in the fact that we have lower prices than most. We do not have a "travel fee" so I am confused about that. We are required to evaluate a site prior to installation to make sure that all pieces and parts are accurate at the time of installation. Please call us to clarify your charges, as we would not want you to feel cheated."

Hello, I am military serving overseas and my house was hit by a tree during a storm. My wife is a school bus driver. Made an appointment to have our roof repaired and did not receive any calls the day prior to confirm the appointment. They arrived 8-9 AM and my wife got home from her route an hour later. Was told it would be another month to reschedule. For someone running a business, a call to confirm the appointment time would have gone a long way and this company does NOT SUPPORT MILITARY MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILY SITUATIONS AT ALL! MILITARY, DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR PROJECTS!!!!

The appointment was made by your wife for the time that we arrived. If there was a conflict she should have informed us at the time the appointment was made. As far as the confirmation call, we have it showing that a message was left on voice mail for the time and date. Please know that we do not intentionally disregard out service members. In order to better serve our service members we need to know that we are working for one."
