Buddy's Pool Service was outstanding! They called me on Friday and scheduled an appointment on Monday. They arrived on time on Monday, quickly diagnosed the issue with my gas heater and fixed it. The service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. They are highly recommended.

We purchased a new liner and filter for my in ground pool after the instalation,I never saw them again they never even went over how to maintain the filter until I took it apart and could not get the ring back on I had to call them and then it was still a problem.I called them several times in the past in reference to my pool and they acted like I was bothering them.Now I do not deal with them for nothing I found a few other little compaines that love my business and are very helpful

"While we make every attempt to keep our customers satisfied and go the extra mile when possible, occasionally we do need to draw the line. The work this customer is referring to is one such case. This liner and filter installation was performed in 2004 and we did provide multiple courtesy trips back for instruction and to address his concerns over the past several years. When we attempted to contact this customer about this posting he would not take our call."
