Avoid at All Costs ? Unprofessional and Unsafe If I could give Budget Air Solutions zero stars, I would. This company was introduced to us through our home warranty provider about a year ago, and it?s been nothing but a nightmare since. When they first came out, they told us we had to purchase a $200 service plan directly through them in order for our repair to be covered by the warranty. That plan was supposed to include two routine services within a year. Sounds reasonable, right? Wrong. I spent FOUR MONTHS trying to get them to honor the second service. They no-showed appointments, didn?t return calls, and only sent automated emails reminding me my service window was closing ? but never actually followed through. Finally, after chasing them for weeks, they came out when our AC started acting up again. The owner, Bryan, showed up and was at our home for less than 5 minutes. Budget Air Solutions LLC is the most disappointing company Iâ ve ever hired. When my tenantsâ AC broke (in Fort Myers, Florida where Budget Air Solutions operates), I submitted a request through Choice Warranty, which assigned the job to Budget Air Solutions. They scheduled an appointment for Monday, November 25, but no one showed up or even called to reschedule. The following day, Tuesday, November 26, I tried calling them, but got no response. Choice Warranty managed to reach Budget Air Solutions, and their representative promised to come on Wednesday to check on the AC, yet again, no one showed up. Despite my repeated calls and texts, Budget Air Solutions never responded. My tenantsâ AC remained off throughout Thanksgiving, in a hot weather. My tenant is pregnant, so imagine how hard it was for her to cope in a high temperature inside her home! Budget Air Solutions LLC didnâ t bother to apologize or reschedule. Instead of making empty promises, they should have been honest about their availability.

Owner came to repair our AC in Feb 2023, did a good job and suggested I have use him for maintenance contract (2 times a year). I did and when he returned he did AC check. He accidentally shut off the AC drainage pump up in our attic. That night water from overflowing drip pan leaked from ceiling ,damaged insulation,warped plywood floor and we had bubbles in ceiling. I contacted Bryan( owner). He asked me to arrange for a repair person and he would pay for it. I did that,4 visits for repair to complete and Budget Air Soln would not come back to see repair and would not reimburse me for work done. Terrible service, unable to leave messages and hey did not answer text. I am out money for remaining contract and all repairs. Very disappointed. I am filing report to State of Florida.
