Fixed my stove a year ago - it broke again - put off calling, finally did and he (Bob? Sorry to have not gotten his name - he was really nice and did a great job) was here 2 days later, and fixed it again - only $100! So glad I don't have to buy a new stove! Turned out to be mice chewing on the wires so he even put traps down for me. Great service!

He came to my home . Did nothing. Was supposed to come back. N He took money and never did any work. Now he Wont. Return my calls. Dont use the. Ompany

Alston came within the hour, diagnosed the problem, had the needed part in his truck, and installed it quickly. He was neat, very professional,, and obliging. Couldn't ask for more!

Called right away and did the job first thing the next morning as promised

The repairman called me back quickly and made visit the same day. He had the part in his truck and repaired my stove in a master of minutes. Very nice man.

They came to fix the stove on 9/18/2012 changing the electronic igniter for $250+ and by November it was not working. I called them and they said they would come fix it and they never came. After repeated calls they stopped taking calls from my phone number. When I called from another number they answered and hung up. DO Not Use this company. Totally disgusted.

My stove was broken, would not stop "clicking". They came twice, once to check the stove, then to put in the part they had ordered. Unfortunately they ordered the wrong part and said they would come back with the new one. Never heard from them again even though I called about four times. Very annoying !

He did show broken part and repaired next day BUT Handle still loose, said he would come back And has not. Twice called said would come Over and not show up. Too late to cancel check

Mr. Gayle contacted me in a timely manner and arrived soon after with the right part. The work was done in a professional manner in about an hour's time. So far, the dryer is working like it should. The final price was a bit higher than the phone estimate, but that's understandable, since one can't know for sure how much work is involved until you see it. Never the less the price was still fair for the work done. Mr. Gayle is dependable and skillful and I would highly recommend B.A.R. to anyone needing appliances repaired.

Gary was the best repair man I have ever experienced. He not only quickly diagnosed the refrigerator problem but clearly explained what it was and what to do about it. It wasn't just his expertise, but his general manner and intelligence and ability to communicate. The requisite part was not easy to find but he managed to locate it, knowing the urgency of the situation with the coming hurricane. Mr. Gayle was obviously an expert who quickly understood what was wrong with our refrigerator and what parts would be needed. We went to a website that showed the parts which were reasonably priced. The next day Mr. Gayle arrived with the parts and completed the repair. The cost was very reasonable and I liked the fact that there was no markup over the catalog price of the parts. Mr. Gayle is a real pro and I give him my highest recommendation.

Thorough follow through for a tough refrigerator problem, resolved well.

Spoke to them at 10 AM on Saturday morning, and was at house by noon. Could not have asked for better service.

I called the three pros recommended but only Gayle from Budget Appliance Repair responded right away. In fact he came over within 2 hours. I'm glad otherwise I would've lost an entire refrigerator worth of food. Gayle knew the cause of the problem within a few minutes after looking at the fridge. The cost of labor & part was about $200. He was professional & friendly.

Some difficulty with communication, i.e., once voice mailbox was full and once did not pick up when called. Did not install new vent pipe that came with dryer but used old one. Did efficiently remove old dryer.

Did an excellent job for a fair price.
