I paid a deposit of several hundred dollars for the part I needed March 23. It was supposed to be available in 10 days. As of April 24, I have not heard from the company and can not reach them by phone or e-mail.

Budget Appliance Service took a deposit check from me for $120.00 to order a part to fix my oven, cashed the check, and never came back to do the work. They never returned any phone calls or emails. I am considering taking action to recover my money. I believe this company is just going into houses to take peoples money and not do any work. Do not use them!

THE TECH TOOK A DEPOSIT OF $140 FOR PARTS TO FIX OUR WASHER, NEVER CALLED OR RETURED OUR PHONE MESSAGES TO COME FIX WASHER AND THEY KEPT OUR DEPOSIT!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
