The quality of the finished product was critizised by several other contractors we have working for us on other projects. The caulking was sloppy; the existing shower faucet and handles were not able to be reused as we had been led to believe which cost us an extra $90 for a new faucet shower set; the window was not properly finished and we had to reinstall the trim molding ourselves; etc.

The installer was 2 hours late and then seemed to be in a hurry to get the job done. He pointed out a crack in one of my tiles which was not there prior to his arrival. Otherwise, I am pleased with the product, but don't know what to do about the tile.
