In our business we have a Pre-Sale team (Eric is on this team) and a Post-Sale team --- WHAT is this and WHY do we operate this way? --- Pre-Sale ? Our consultants like Eric spend most days behind the wheel driving from consultation to consultation. Our consultants are experts in providing the best solution for your window treatment needs with our excellent product portfolios through design and function. HOWEVER once a sale is accepted and clients have questions about post-sale things (shipping, production times, installation, etc.) Eric simply does not have this information; this is where our Client Relationship Team shines! Post-sale. Our Client Relationship Team is fantastic; swing by our showroom (125 Commerce Parkway Suite 101, Garner, NC 27529) to meet with them in person, give them a call (919-521-5554) or send them an email (westraleigh@budgetblinds?). They have access to our teams? calendars, manufacturers, shippers, clients paperwork and they can normally provide real time updates on production, tracking, installation, etc. Sadly we do not know who this reviewer is so I'd like to extend an invitation for you to reach out us.
