Replacing older Roman shades with updated fabric and style of shades was a delightful experience! Joel E was a pure professional, both in knowledge and customer service. Very patient and appropriately helpful, Joel guided us through the experience painlessly. We are over the top happy with our new shades. The workmanship on the shades is excellent. Looking forward to our next project with Budget Blinds.
