Mitch came right out, gave a fair price on fixing the roof. Said he also guaranteed his work. He did cancel due to the weather and could not make it out for several days after that but that was not that big of a deal. Came out when he said he would and did the work. We did not have an issue until my husband messaged him and let him know the roof was better but still leaking in a spot . Mitch said it was from the window which he may be right in one spot near the floor but it was still leaking from the roof and going down the wall. This was our complaint from the beginning. So it was still leaking just not as bad. We sent him video of the issue and told him my husband would be home all that week until the following Tuesday. He said he could not come out until Monday which was a bit frustrating for my husband but thought maybe he was just that busy. Monday came and went. Needless to say he never showed or contacted us to let us know. he could not make it. So much for guaranteed work.

These polite and capable young men showed up within a half hour of our phone conversation. They inspected the damage on the ridge of my roof, gave me a quote, went after materials, and were back and working to fix my problems within 15 minutes. I am very pleased with the results and with the whole process.

This contractor was super efficient, came out when he promised within just a couple days of our initial phone call, on time and completed the project quickly and professionally. I will absolutely hire him again!

There was a list of small and med size jobs to finish from a hailstorm. Mitchell Johnson reviewed them all, helped me settle with the insurance company, and gave me a bid. The insurance company approved the bid, and so did I. He said it would take four days. It was a lot of work for just four days, but he worked diligently, and wasted no time. The finished product was so professional and I couldn't be happier! AND he finished in four days. I have a number of projects I want done in the future, and hopefully, Mitchell will be available to work for me again. Obviously I rate Mitchell as a topnotch professional with a great attitude, topnotch work, and charges are fair and satisfactory. Also he guarantees his work for five years. His co-workers have the same great work ethic as Mitchell does. I plan to tell my friends and relatives about Mitchell and highly recommend him..

I would highly recommend that you consider Budget Contracting for your next project. Their initial response after I had made a request on Home Ad visor was prompt. Mitchell responded to my request, arranged a time to come on-site to assess my needs, and followed up with a proposal to rebuild one of my decks and repair the other. He also repaired some damaged siding, fascia board, and replaced some drywall. Once scheduled, Mitchell and crew arrived on time, and worked hard to complete the projects. We are quite pleased with the finished project. Based on my experience working with Mitchell, I highly recommend that you consider Budget Contracting for your next project.

Had a simple siding issue. Mitchell called me within an hour of my posting on HomeAdvisor. He came out for a look at the time he said he would and arrived promptly on the work day. He was in and out in no time, work complete. Nice young man in business for himself; the kind of business I always try to support.

Mitchell was excellent from the moment we met with him to show him what needed done thru job completion. They arrived when they said they would, completed the repairs and new work in the time frame they contracted for. Even though it was freezing cold, they kept working! His staff were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The work site was cleaned up. They replaced a whole side of our house siding with new and used the old to repair several damaged areas. Added a new roof to the basement entrance and new fascia & soffit and added handrails & porch railing. Repaired the back porch tin roof. I would recommend them for home repairs! Great value & workmanship. We would definitely use them again.

Would not recommend to anyone. He has messed up our roof badly. Doesn't know how to install trusses.

Called Friday 20 minutes prior to his expected arrival and requested a reschedule. Set 2pm the following Monday. At 220, I texted to ask if he was coming yet. He stated that home advisor had the apt for Tuesday. Weird, because I got the satisfaction survey on Monday evening. Then he called to verify Tuesday and asked if I was just looking for a quote or quote and work. I told him both. Early Tuesday, he texted and asked if he could come around 1245, I said yes of course. He arrived at 12 and he then only had time for a quote. He threw out an astronomical number of $250 for cleaning the gutters and placing covers that I had on the front upper level only. When I told him I thought that was way out of my vision, he asked me for a price. I told him $150 and he countered with $175. Because I needed it done, I went ahead and told him to perform the work. He needs to adjust his price range on the home page for future persons who might have interest.

The service was excellent, they arrived when the said they would. I hired them to anchor a wall and fill a gap with mortar. When he was finished he had extra mortar, he walked around and repaired some minor items he noticed. This was not in the contract, but was a great level of customer service he provided (in my opionion). I would hire them and plan to hire them again for a few other larger projects.

Arrived on time and started working immediately. Called in another worker so they could finish in 1 day instead of 2. Hard workers and polite. Cleaned up the work site.

I had other work that my husband and I were going to do ourself. Mitchell was kind and gave us suggestions on how to do the work. When I asked him to give me estimates on each project separately because I didn't know what I could afford, he did and his charges were reasonable and I could schedule all the work to be done next week. This was a huge relief for my husband and I.

He came on time. finished the job in a timely manner and if it doesn't leak when it rains and that's the test I am so very happy
