Ron promptly called, literally while I was on the phone with Service Magic. Ron promptly arrived, diagnosed and repaired the cause of a leak in a condo "pancake" AC unit (between ceiling tile and concrete deck above unit). Specifically, Ron corrected the angle of the drain pipe. My building has maintained this unit, but they apparently did not watch for this and/or it was badly installed. It is now 16 hours since Ron's repair and the leak appears to be gone. Ron also gave some good advice on how to fix the damaged drywall (add Wonderboard or Durarock), which I shared with my general contractor. I recommend Ron.
