I hired Budget Roofing Co. to fix a damaged aluminum drip edge on the front section of the house. On the phone, we discussed the replacement of the aluminum piece OR if the existing piece was in good shape, then bending it back down and affixing it back to the house frame. The estimate provided was high, but I decided to hire them thinking that if all that was required was to bend it back, it should decrease the cost - an estimate is an estimate, not a contract. Job was scheduled for 1 pm and the serviceman showed up at 4:15. I understand scheduling, so not really concerned about the lateness, but it turned out that all that they did was bend back the existing aluminum and put a couple of nails in. After the job was done, with no discussion, Mark required the full price listed on the estimate. In the end, I paid $450 for Budget Roofing Co to bend a piece of aluminum down and pound a few nails into the frame of the house. Could have done this myself for free. The man doing the work was very nice and professional - my complaint is with the scheduling and price of the work - the management (Mark).

We had a roofing damage from the recent storm. The branches broke the frame on the side of the building. It's our pleasure to work with Mark and Tony. They showed right away and gave us an estimate with warranty at a very fair price. I had very nice conversation with both of them, especially Mark. They are very professional, trustworthy and take pride in their quality of work and always went extra mile to make the work perfect. They also helped with a small fix without any charge but it ended up spending a lot of time on it! After they finish entire work, it's already very late. Thanks so much for the help! I will definitely with you if we have any other projects in the future. Much appreciated!
