This pro personaaly contacted me. He understood budget restraints and was willing to come and give free estimate. The only negative aspect of the experience is once he evaluated the problem, he did not quote me a price to fix; he just presumed I wanted him to fix and started working. Luckily the cost was reasonable and affordable.
