Hot Water Heater Services LLC: They also did the initial install. It leaked at two spots less than 3 years later. Technician, who also did the initial install, was super defensive from the moment he showed up at the door and a definition of passive aggressive. Just an FYI to others...

I requested three bids to replace my water heater. While they were not the cheapest (the cheapest was only $12 cheaper), I selected them because they could come out immediately to install a new water heater. The team they sent out was on time, knowledgeable and very personable. While I hope to never have to replace the water heater again, I would clearly choose them again and recommend them without any reservations. Great company to do business with and they did not try to upsell me; just a straight quote for the job that I required.

They did a really good job, great company.

When we started with Curtis, things seemed clear cut. I explained that our water heater was leaking from three places. They were prompt and all ready at our house to do the job. They did not wear booties, put down drop cloths or wear masks. Once I showed Curtis where the water heater was and where it was leaking from things started to go down hill. The third leak location was a PVC pipe in the laundry room. Curtis shook the pipe and exclaimed nothing loose here. This was upsetting as water can get through the smallest of cracks or fissures. What might appear solid may in fact be a leak. We were not having a meeting of the minds and I excused myself to call my husband. My husband called Curtis and explained that in fact water was coming from the pipe. After speaking to my husband, he agreed to repair/replace it. The basement stairs are narrow. Kenny insisted on using a big dolly to get the water heater to the basement in lieu of the two of them carrying it down in a box. Unfortunately their choice of transport caused damage to our wall and molding in 4 places when they needed to make the turn on the landing. Kenny was supposed to repair the wall last Thursday and was unable to make it. Kenny was due today at 10:00...he no showed and no-called. My husband called Curtis who then suggested they could come this Saturday. I had another thought, how about no! We suggested a credit and we will fix or have the area fixed. They did a GREAT job, as far as we can tell, on the water heater. They did not do a good job taking preventative measures to leave our house as it was. I was waiting to write the review after the wall repair. We will see if the credit to our credit card comes through or if we will need to dispute the charge? Consider all of this when making your choice. If I had known this would be an ongoing thing I would have chosen differently.

Very quick response and installer was very competent. Everything went well and they helped with scheduling an inspection. Will use them again

Comparable to everyone else; 1450 for a 50 gallon electric water heater. Very knowledgeable, on time, and nice. No hidden fees, open to all questions ( I had many) made me feel comfortable to asked all questions especially given that I was a woman! No mess left behind and put everything back in the laundry room that he moved. Also provided a discount.
