Central A/C Installation
Took a little effort on my part to get what I thought was a good price. But the installation was excellent. When I need to have my second unit serviced or replaced, I will definitely call Buds Heating & Air Conditioning.

Heat Pump Installation and Replacement
The installation of my new heat pump (and the removal of my old system) was done quickly and efficiently, and within a matter of days of my giving approval. The new system seems to be very efficient, as my salesman promised. I have not received a follow up call from the vendor; that would be nice. Thank you!

"The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walk through multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great.

Great service! The installers where here on time and conducted all the jobs that were discussed during the estimate. The were clean, and courteous and answered any question I had during the install. They were available to answer further questions to help me along with my decision making. Overall, I am satisfied with the job that they did. Only issue was that there was a discrepancy with a coupon that was offered through the companies web site. Apparently there was a discount in estimate that wasn't discussed or phrased in the estimate and when I went to redeem the coupon there was some issues. The company in the end did honor the coupon

Central A/C Installation
Installers damaged electronic air cleaner during installation and parts were replaced in two weeks. Even though installation instructions say that ninety degree bends in refrigerant lines should be avoided the installer left the original two elbows in the return line and then added two more for a total of four ninety degree bends, I'm not sure how this may affect the performance but it certainly is not per the manufacturers installation directions. Foam insulation pipe wrap on return line at condensing unit is wrapped in duct tape which is now unraveling.
