Called Jade to replace an old panel on our condo last minute to close on time after another company had told me the existing panel was safe. Jade was at my property within an hour and a half to inspect and schedule service the following week. Very knowledgeable and professional. Also agreed to replace a missed GFCI. Before I made it home, he had found a way to come the very next morning! Replaced and upgrade the panel , GFCI plus they found the main switch needed replacement and switched it out. Less than a 24 hour turnaround. Will be calling them again whenever I need work on my own property and clients properties.

This past weekend a tropical storm blew thru central Florida, at about 2:30 Saturday morning, it knocked down a very thick branch into my backyard missing my house by inches. It did however land right on the electrical service drop to my home. It tore the electrical meter off the side of the house leaving the service mast bent at an angle and the service wire stretched and ripped out at the pole. And of course, knocking out power to my home. Later that morning I started making calls to contractors to try to get my life back. The first company I called was Buell Electric, I have used them before and had been happy with the results. So itâ s the weekend, I figured Iâ d leave a voice mail early and be high on the list for a Monday callback and maybe get them out Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, within a half hour Jade (from Buell), was calling me back. He knew exactly how to proceed in this situation, he started working on an emergency permit and his top foreman, Shaun was at my house just after lunch to appraise the situation and go over my options and the process. They made some schedule accommodations and set me up for Monday morning. Sure enough by 9am they had been to the supply house and were at my door ready to work. I canâ t over state how professional, hard working and friendly everyone Iâ ve meet at Buell is. Shaun explained everything they were going to, about how long it would take and promised to have the work done the same day. Come 3pm the job site, (my laundry room!), was cleaned up, appliances back in place and their truck loaded. Shaun had called for a city inspection and notified the power company. Iâ m older and have worked with many contractors from multiple trades and this is about the best experience Iâ ve ever had. The guys from Buell were beyond timely, very knowledgable, and able to explain what they were doing in an understandable way. I recommend Jade, Shaun and the whole crew enthusiastically for any electrical issues. This was a 5 star experience which so helped dealing with the mess this storm left behind, you canâ t go wrong if you hire Buell Electric.

After getting several estimates, Jason came in and immediately made me feel like he was going to do the job right. He gave suggestions to making our entire house safer not just pricing. I appreciate his professionalism and integrity. AJ and Connor were polite and hard working. I would absolutely hire them again.

My mother was in route to home when she learned there was an electrical problem in her home. I was able to click on home advisor at 8pm in the evening and was immediately contacted by Buell Electric. A gentleman named Jade was able to handle our major problem with a quick efficient solution and had her entire fuse box changed out by noon the next day. Kudos to Jade and the Buell Electric team and help my mother avoid a major disaster. Ray Mullen
