They have done work for me for a couple years now, and I have never had any issues. They are very professional, trustworthy, and do thorough and exceptional work. They gave done deep cleanings, normal cleanings, and cleaned my place of business. They can do it all.

Korrin and Nathan are an amazing team! They worked extremely hard from the moment they walked in the door until they left. My house looks and smells fantastic. We intended on only having a one time deep clean, but after I saw what a great job they did we hired them on a weekly basis. I highly recommend Buena Vista Cleaners!

Cleaning service NOT satisfactory. I had to go back in and clean. But worse than that, Korrin lost the check I had left, charged more than the agreed upon price, and was abusive in text messages to me. I have never experienced such poor customer service.

"Fraudulent review. Robyn understood it was an hourly rate and a set rate only for the minimum time for cleaning. She never complained about the cleaning for 2 weeks of conversing until she received the invoice. Her complaint was about the kitchen faucet. The faucet had permanent corrosion and permanent paint damage that I could not get off. The check was an accident. We are all human. We subtracted a stop payment fee but she wanted the whole cleaning amount for free and threatened to give a bad review unless she got what she wanted. We never use abusive speech with our clients. I simply told her No to a completely free cleaning."

"Client requested 2 SUV'S days in advance and knew ahead of time the exact price and agreement prior to my arrival. Client was very happy when I left. Not much more could have fit in a truck given how loaded down both SUV'S were. Every seat was loaded down all the way to the top. Not sure why unhappy we even swept out the space after loading everything up."

The "deep cleaning" was truly very thorough! Korrin certainly did a compete job. It did take longer than estimated, but more work was really needed! I needed to get rid of more clutter to make it easier The house is beautiful now and I am very pleased. I will have her for regular cleaning now,and keep up better. Thank you for a great job!

"Client requested deep cleaning for entire property and then expected entire home to be clean after 2 hours. Home had not been cleaned in an extremely long time and needed the cleaning that was requested very badly. Cleaning was completed in a shorter time than most. Not sure if customer understood how long it would take to clean a property that was in that condition."

"Customer was very happy before I left. I asked before I left if she was happy with everything and she said yes. She also stated that when I came back to do the job the clutter that was there would be gone and it wasnt. She also did not not state that she wanted me to do the exterior cleaning on her home when I quoted the job and added that when I showed up. This customer also got a $5 dollar off an hour discount due to being a senior citizen. I am sorry she was not happy but she really got a great deal and did not fulfill what she said she would do regarding the clutter in the home."
