Mirrors Installation and Replacement
Tommy is absolutely ridiculous. My landscaper accidentally threw up a rock and broke my daughters window in her room in July. She called Beaufort Glass to for them to fix it and they have given me the run around for almost a YEAR. They finally got the piece of glass they needed in September and Tommy called me to tell me he was in my yard and there to replace my window. No heads up or anything and then got upset when I told him I was at work and could not just leave to meet them there and just left the glass outside my house on the porch! Then the crew got COVID and I did not hear from him from November until March. Today he called to say he could be there in 20 minutes - I said I was at work and that someone could be there to meet him in 40 minutes and he said No that is too late I am fed up and tired. Definitely not a way to run a business.

Very honest, polite young man. Explained in detail how he would do a replacement of existing cracked custom exotic shaped window and try to preserve the existing wood trim. He has been prompt, showing up as scheduled, being careful inside the living room where the window is located. I highly recommend Beaufort Glass. Price is reasonable.
