Jamal came out to my house the same day I called him. The yellow jackets were making a nest between the brick and the interior of my house. He sprayed and said wait two days and if they are still there I will come back. They were still flying in and out, so, Jamal came back the same day I called and he sprayed the heck out of them. The next day they were gone. I would recommend this company. Good friendly service.

The bees were in the ground and after service they even pulled the weeds I was unable to remove! They reached out immediately after my inquiry and arrived 30 minutes later on a Sunday evening!

The service person was 6 hours late on the day of the estimate. The day he came for the extermination he was 25 minutes late. I do not feel sure that the treatment was thorough. - Pat H.

Jamal was quick to respond to our inquiry for getting rid of tiny ants. He fit us in on the next workday. He is friendly and very experienced and knowledgeable. We have to wait 2 weeks for the ants to be totally gone but we feel confident that they will be and if not that he will stand behind is warranty. Highly recommend Bug Boss.
